TWR-VF65GS10 - DS5: DDR3 initialization problem

Hello,

I have TWR-VF65GS10-PRO with DDR3 initialization problem in DS-5 with vf65gs10_a5_ddr.ds .

After vf65gs10_a5_ddr.ds is done, DDR3 still is not accessible.

Anybody has similar problem?

Hello Artsiom,

please ensure that SDRAM is correctly set prior to debug and it was successfully executed:

Using script attached (from Vybrid SC)

Or you can test new one with improved ZQ calibration.
