Can you answer in tomorrow so we hurry the following answer.

1, About VYBRID RM of  61.6.22 Video Mode (VDEC_VIDMOD) of  havsignal.

    Please tell me the decision conditions.

    Is the level of the video signal voltage ?  or Is it the presence or absence of the synchronization signal of H sync or V sync.

2, About VYBRID RM of  61.6.27 VSync and Signal Thresholds (VDEC_VSSGTH) of  nosigthresh

    How  voltage range is the step of the decision in from bit0 bit7.

The first question is already being asked to the IP owner/IP provider.

I have asked for more information (step size) for your second question.

Is this for the same customer/project as Vybrid : VADC valid NTSC signal requirement ?
