Not able to get RESET_OUT# signal in software reboot

Hello,

I am working on VF61 module and collibri evaluation board V3.2A.
I have observed that when there is a hard reboot I get reset RESET_OUT# signal through X3 -> B32 pin of collibri evaluation board, but when i do software reset/reboot I am not able to get that signal.
Is this an expected behaviour?
I think software reboot should also give RESET_OUT# signal. Are there any necessary steps to follow to get RESET_OUT# signal in software reboot as well?

A. There is no way to assert the RESET_OUT# signal during the software reboot.
