When will the new MVF61NS152CMK50 be available for purchase. What exactly did NXP have to change to fix "boot" issues with the new part number and mask rev to 3N from 2N? We are using the MVF61NS151CMK50 and the last batch of processors has extremely high current draw( over 7mA) on the RTC battery pin and are having serious boot reliability problems(1 in 10 boots fails for unknown reasons at this point).

This chip does not appear to be readily available at any of the major distributors (Digikey, Mouser, etc.) Will this change in the future or should one look at a variant?
