MVF61NS151CMK0 with 1624A date code problem with VBAT tied to 3.3V power. Is anyone else seeing this? 3.3V is coming OUT of VBAT and VBAT draws about 1 mA when the processor is powered down.

Our RTC battery is draining really fast.  This is not a new circuit board design.  In fact, we have some PCBs from the same batch with a 1546F date code and they work just fine.

We have found the same issue on few boards.

MVF61NS151CMK50

MASK : 2N02G

BATCH :  PTCTCTAY1626A

Vbat drain more than 1mA, instead of 10µA ( VYBRIDFSERIESEC rev 8 says IDD_VBAT max 45µA )

Seems to be a defective batch.....
