Is there a DDR3 stress stress/calibration tool for the Vybrid processors like the i.MX6 tool?

Yes, James, it is.
Please, review the Vybrid Hardware Development Guide (Rev.0) - initial (unofficial) draft. document; it describes the DDRv portion of the Processor Expert tool.
You will have to install the Processor Expert and Eclipse based Driver Suite (DS) v10.4, and then apply the "update 1" upgrading the DS to version v10.4.1, which includes the DDRv tool support for Vybrid.
(More information about DS here - http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/prod_summary.jsp?code=PE_DRIVER_SUITE.)

Seems the DDRv for vybrid is not free? Processor Expert is telling me I need a license. This also seems to be tied to the Code Warrior suite....after some downgrading back to 10.4.1, the DDRv does seem to be doing some basic validation, but the tab named "validation" still says I need a license. This does not give me a way to stress test, or calibrate. So, I guess the original question stands.
Hello Antonio,
yes DDRv tool needs the license. Please talk to your NXP FAE (Field application engineer). There is 45 day temporary license available.

The link to the dev guide above gives "Access to this place or content is restricted. If you think this is a mistake, please contact your administrator or the person who directed you here.". How does one gain access to this document?
Dear Antonio,
Drafts are usually accessible by the company's FAEs only, but (tadaaam!) the guide is already published - http://cache.freescale.com/files/microcontrollers/doc/user_guide/VYBRIDHDUG.pdf?fasp=1.
