I'm trying to calculate the VYBRIDRSERIESEC_Rev_7.PDF p60 "Read freaquency calculations","Max read frequency","Hold timing", but I don't know following values

Would you please teach me  measured in each of the same kind of value .

・Flash access time

・flash_access(min)

・flash_data_valid(min)

Hi,

As far I as I see the timings you need are dependant on the QSPI memory you are using.

Therefore you will need to check the timings in your memory.

For example

Frequency calculator guideline (Max read frequency): SCK > (Flash access time)max + (Tis)max

Tis allowed for our QSPI module is a min of 4.5ns.  But Flash access time may be found in the manufacturer datasheet.
