Eclipse ds-5 doesn't receive a licence for the tower starter kit

Hi, Everyone

Maybe someone can give me some help for the next situation:

I can't receive a license for the starter kit throught eclipse ds-5, the license manager fails with "unable to execute query" message. Also i found in eclipse error logs a message that reports an api call fail:

Does license obtain mechanism work for today or i do something wrong?
