Can I use the regular JTAG interface to debug both the A5 and M4 cores on the Vf6XX pocessor or do I need the trace port?

I need some of the pins associated with the trace port for my design and need to know if I can debug with just the Vybrid standard interface using the 20 pin header.

for debug both cores the trace port /lines are not needed.
