RFID UHF tags with AES security

I realize I'm in the wrong topic, but it is the only I found

I am looking to buy rfid windshield uhf tags, but they need to support AES encription. I looked at Ucode DNA, and it looks like that's an option, but I can't find how it works. Is it just the IC, and I need to find somewhere else the tags to buy? 

Also what type of reader would I need
