Hi, according to GS1 MDID assignment which its link is below, the model number of UCODE 7 is assigned to 810 but in the UCODE 7 datasheet it says it's model number is 890.
The MDID assignment page:
https://www.gs1.org/docs/epc/mdid_list.json
The datasheet link:
https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/SL3S1204.pdf
Page 20.
Thanks.
Hello sir,
I'm not sure about the GS1 json you are sharing. According to the GS1 site NXP's 9bit MDID is:
0 0000 0110. Please check it here: Mask Designer ID (MDID) Assignment | GS1
According to our Datasheet, the MDID is: 100[0 0000 0110]b (806)
These 9bits are fixed.
I hope this information may have been useful.
Thanks for your reply, but I'm not talking about NXP's MDID (which is 806), I'm talking about the model number of the UCODE 7 product and the difference between datasheet number and the json file which is provided by GS1.
Sorry, I understand.
My recommendation would be to please check this with GS1. According to the GS1's EPC® Radio-Frequency Identity Generation-2 UHF RFID Standard. In section 6.3.2.1.3 TID Memory is mentioned that The Tag Model Number is Tag-manufacturer-defined.
The UCODE 7 Tag Model number is 890h as shown in our Datasheet.
I've emailed GS1 and requested a response from them. As soon as I receive a reply, I'll share it here. My goal is to identify the model of tags I have and need a reference that can help me extract this information.
Thanks.
