You could refer to the section "#ifndef CONFIG_SYS_DDR_RAW_TIMING" in board/freescale/p1010rdb/ddr.c to initialize DDR controller with fixed SDRAM registers setting.

Please refer to "/* DDR3 Controller Settings */" section in include/configs/P1010RDB.h to define registers values.
