What is included with the T1040D4RDB-PA Reference Design Board?

I don't seem to be able to find what is included with part# T1040D4RDB-PA . Does it include a chassis and front panel and power supply?

I think you should ask the device supplier. Originally T1040D4RDB-PA included a case with internal power supply. See
