What does does "snoop local processor" in the RapidIO inbound window attributes register?

We can find in the below figure that WRTYP can be set as "snoop local processor", does it means that it will

maintain the local CPU's cache, make sure it cache coherent?

Yes, caches coherency will be maintained when "snoop local processor" is selected.
