The up two topics are the same questions. I have change my code follow up two topics,and  XFP loopback is OK!

However, when I communicate with Intel X520-DA2 10G Adapter, Windows show Adapter is not connected. I pretty sure  X520 Adapter work good .

I think there is no Auto-negotiation between them.

The both threads you mentioned discuss an XFI connection without a PHY. Based
on the picture you attached, you have a PHY in between. That PHY is responsible
for autonegotiation with the far end.

Suggestions:

1. Declare your PHY in the Device Tree as specified in the bindings specification.
See LS1046A-RDB DTS to get an example of a 10G PHY connected to an mEMAC.

2. Most Ethernet PHYs require a driver. Contact the PHY manufacturer for drivers,
required Device Tree node properties and troubleshooting recommendations.

Sorry sir. You misunderstood  my question.

My cunstom board has no PHY between T2080 and XFP .I have try 

the method metioned by up two topics,but It did't work. So I need help 

about this.Do "no PHY between T2080 and XFP" possible  for link with X520 adapter?
