T2080 PCIe polarity reversal

Please confirm T2080 supports PCIe polarity reversal on the RX port as per the PCIe spec. I couldn't find it documented in the T2080 documentation.

The T2080 PCI Express interface is compatible with the PCI Express Base Specification, Revision 3.0, this assumes that it supports all features from the specifications.
