T1024:CPU up timeout. CPU up mask is 1 should be 3

Hi:

We designe 20pcsT1024 CPU cards,but now we found 5pcs cards when we power up or reset the card,some times the cpi t0124 will be crashed .We check the uboot log.crash cards log: CPU up timeout. CPU up mask is 1 should be 3.And then the CPU could not scan the SD card.But when we do not insert the SD card,the crashed case are not appearance.

 

Would anybody please look into this issue...
