T1022 POR cycle limit

Hi,

On page 54 of the T1022 datasheet it states that:

"Only 300,000 POR cycles are permitted per lifetime of a
device. Note that this value is based on design estimates and is
preliminary."

I have a few questions about this.

What is a POR cycle? is it when all the power rails powered up then down or is it when the device is reset using PORESER_B?

If it is the latter does this mean the device will be lifed if it enters a reset loop (watchdog fault, boot loop etc.) for an extended period of time?

As this is a preliminary value is there a more up to date value available?

POR cycle is when all the power rails powered up then down. The datasheet provides  up to date value available.

Does this also apply to the T4240?  (note on Datasheet rev2, p. 81)

What is the consequence of exceeding that number of cycles?
