NAND is not working in u-boot

I am working on T4240RDB-64B. I faced NAND is not detecting in u-boot (flash id itself wrong) but in Linux, NAND is detecting.

NAND chip is Micron MT29F8G08ABABAWP

Configuration according Hardware, Please check the attached header file (T4240RDB.h) for NAND configuration.

      Chip Select 1 - NAND

And also I attached the log (Log file_20191031_1210.txt) for your reference. If anyone experience, Please response.

Please provide photos of the on-PCB markings and stickers to determine the RDB board revision.

I apologize for the inconvenience , I don't have any board as well as design as you expected. I give only software support from last 6 months.

Our board is T4160RDB

CPLD is current bank and board revision is 0

I'm not aware about such board from NXP.
