I want to debug linux application for T1024 for my custom board using on Codewarrior 10.5.0. .... My PC is not connected to internet. How do i get example linux project with toolchain. I also want to debug example project.

Look at attached file. It is part of the Targeting_PA_Processors.pdf file. This file is available in CodeWarrior 10.5.1 folder.
