Debug serial port requirement for T1024

Hi NXP Team,

We want to design customized board for one of the our project based on T1024 microprocessor. For same, we require to add serial debug port preferably UART. By going through the schematic of the  development board available online, we unable to find any debug port.

Can you please help us to know that is there any be default debug UART port of T1024 in which debug prints will  be there while programming? If yes, please specify same.

Additionally, if you have any other solutions available for same, please let us know.

T1024 does not require debug serial port, debugging is done over JTAG/COP port. If you mean serial console port, than - any UART port is ok for this purpose. In the schematic file for our T1024RDB board please look page 13 for UART ports.

We will add UART1 or UART2 connection to the debug connector for debug purpose.
