There is no such application note.

The following requirement has to be fulfilled:

Frequency provided to the e5500 cluster after any dividers must always be greater than or equal to the platform frequency.

Where did you get that requirement?  The documentation I have says that the e5500 cluster frequency must be "greater than half of the platform frequency".

I was looking at the note above table 133 in section 4.1.5 of the same document.

Response from the Applications Team:

"Note 2 in the Table 129 in section 4.1.2:

“...

Frequency provided to the e5500 cluster after any dividers must always be greater than or equal to the platform frequency.

...”

is correct.

Second note will be corrected in next release of document."
