Anyone got the mmc working with 8 bit width?

Best I can get is 4 bit width.  Looks like MMC_CAP_BUS_WIDTH_TEST is not set and then mmc_compare_ext_csds() fails.

This is on a T4240 running Linux 3.14.

Check the rtsx_pci_sdmmc.c file this file contains the MMC_CAP_BUS_WIDTH_TEST setting.
