Pb to return and get a new licence

hello,

We have registered and activate a development suite with a account on a specific PC. Then, we want to register and activate this same development suite on a other pc with a other account.

Il have returned the license under the first account.

But when I try to register and activate the development suite whith the second account, I have the error msg :"the registration code has already been activated".

What can I do ?

In order to move your license file to other client, you do not need to register your entitlement ID again on other account .

Please contact the owner account to perform a rehost, follow the next video o how to rehost in order to complete this, you need to have access to the account who register the suite the first time.
