Licensed CW10 - no CWTAP license

Hi,  I recently purchased a developer level license for CW10 for QorIQ.  I successfully (I thought) installed the floating license - Code Warrior reports I have a CW10 license good for 363 more days.  I can build my projects, but when I try to debug a project, I get an error that I don't have a CWTAP license.  I'm trying to debug a bare metal project.  Can you help?  I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 and CW 10.0.8.  This has stalled us at a critical time.

Seems there are some features not defined on the license file that support CWTAP use , i will check your account and test your license to determine the root cause.
