License problem

[Simulator]

I am installed CodeWarrior.
I am get the registry and authorisation code. and ETHERNET card
I get the license:
But, then I press to IDE icon I get
the next message:
THe license was not found, auth code was not found
No such future exist:
Win32_CWIDE_limited
Flexlm error -5,357

Please help me to open codeWarrior

Which version of CodeWarrior are you using?

and on disk is CW_EPPC 5XX_8.1

 For some reason you probably discard your original license.dat file.

 Can you please add the following line at the beginning of your license file (in

 your CodeWarrior installation directory):

FEATURE Win32_CWIDE_Limited metrowks 5.5 permanent uncounted \
       2589EF7E8174 HOSTID=ANY

This should allow you to at least open the IDE

Hello

I would recommend you to send an email to our licensing department describing the problem and attaching the license file and information about the product you have installed.

Also if you can deliver tools information tat would be perfect.

To collect these information:

- Start a window explorer
- Browse for your installation PROG sub-directory
- Start linker.exe
- Select Help -> About
-     Click on the “Extended Information” button.
-      When text changes to “Added Information” all necessary data are available.
-       Copy whole content of the dialog box to a text file that you can send over to licensing.

Did you copy the new licence file into the CodeWarrior folder (C:\Program Files\Metrowerks\CW xxxx )
