Hello,

now our support license (tech_support) has expired. Contrary to the statements of Freescale, we can no longer work with the IDE used by us (CW_7.1.2). All of our compiler licenses are CWP-PRO (permanent).

However, these licenses can be used with the CW_10.6 IDE.

What could be the problem?

Hi,

we could solve the problem. There was an interal error in our license-server machine. After changing some parts and restart of the system everything is fine.

Hi,

if your license is permanent license, the license can still work with CW7.1 even support was expired.

CW10.6 can execute special edition level without license support. however CW7.1 license can't work with CW10.6. these two license structures are different.

I suggest you send your license to support@freescale.com to ask license team to check it.

Hi,

an there is our problem. The CW7.1 license still not work while the corresponding license for CW10.6 (registered from same license suite) still works.

A few days ago I already sent a service request at Freescale. An answer I haven't received yet.
