i am trying to measure vacuum with an arduino and i just want to make sure i wont burn out the sensor

Hello Robert, 

They can be removed but I recommend using the configuration shown in the Figure 4 from the MPXV6115VC6U datasheet.

The capacitors should avoid noise in both, input and output lines. The resistor was added to a scenario where several pressure sensors were connected to the same ADC input. 

Without these components, current would flow and give inaccurate results.
