What is the ODR of this chip? I don't see relevant information in the datasheet

Hi Wenfeng,

The internal device sampling rate is defined by device configuration (i.e. SAMPLERATE[1:0]) and can be either 16, 32 or 64us.

The output data rate in application is defined by how fast the application MCU is reading the data from the sensor.
