Hello-- FXOS8700CQ has a Full Scale Range ±1000 μT and the sensitivity is 0.1μT/LSB. How can I calculate the output in milliVolt (e.g. sensor's ADC output)?

Hi Walid,

I am not really sure what you mean. Can you please elaborate a bit more your question?

Regards,

Tomas

I would like to know the sensitivity as unite mV/uT or mV/V/gauss instead of uT/LSB. The relationship between Sensor output (mV) vs applied magnetic field. Actually in analogue sensors the sensor output, which is the resistive bridge output, is given in mV (Check Figure 2/pg.6 > http://stevenengineering.com/Tech_Support/PDFs/31MAGSEN.pdf). As for FXOS8700CQ, it has ADC unite that converts the analogue voltage at the resistive bridge output into digital given in uT. I would understand this relationship so that I can graph the sensor output as mV vs. time instead of uT vs. time.
