Hi Pranav,

for the recommended Crystal, please refer to the schematic of our EVB attached. EXS00A-CS07225 is used.

Hello Dog Likes Best@Pranav_Tonape
According to the NTM88 data sheet, the recommended crystal specification for the NTM88 tire pressure sensor family is as follows:

  • Frequency: 26 MHz
  • Frequency tolerance: ±10 ppm
  • Load capacitance: 8 pF
  • Equivalent series resistance: ≤ 40 Ω
  • Drive level: ≤ 100 μW

You can find more information about the NTM88 features and applications in the data sheet and the product page. You can also ask questions and get answers from the NXP community in the Sensors forum.

I hope this answers your question.

Best Regards

hi Stephen baker,
thanks for replying me, based on your answer i have following query:
1) what is the maximum frequency tolerance is acceptable for NTM88?
2) and if i increase the frequency tolerance what would be the effect we will obvers with NTM88 application and performance wise while other parameter is keeping same?
3) what is the maximum Load capacitance is acceptable for NTM88?
4) and if i increase the Load capacitance what would be the effect we will obvers with NTM88 application and performance wise other parameter is keeping same?
5) what is the maximum Equivalent series resistance is acceptable for NTM88 ?
6) and if i increase the Equivalent series resistance what would be the effect we will obvers with NTM88 application and performance wise other parameter is keeping same?

Thanks and regards,
