What is the expected variance of MPL3115? Specifically, what is the distribution of sample readings in a controlled chamber? For example, if a part was placed in a chamber and the pressure value was read millions of times, what is that distribution?
Currently we have not taken this data set. The CZ performed was to test to the specification listed in the data sheet for accuracy. Following the data sheet we would expect a maximum spread of ±400Pa for absolute accuracy. Since this is dependent on lot to lot variance there will be parts that perform inside this envelope but since we do not perform a test for this at final test we can not guarantee any performance outside the data sheet.
