Voff change of MPX5999D

During the use of pressure sensor MPX5999D, Voff will drop from the typical value of 0.2V to 0.13v. What are the factors influencing the change of this value? Can it be avoided? The above phenomena are found in the core of the pressure sensor products now. It took nearly 10000 pieces to find out.

Now our circuit can't be changed temporarily. So I want to know the probability of this change.

Hi Li,

As described in the AN1636, sources of offset errors are due to device to device offset variation (trim errors), mechanical stresses, shifts due to temperature and aging. It is recommended to perform auto-zero in order to correct the sensor output for long term offset drift or variation.
