Terminal finish, ESD and MSL Level for MPXM2202A

Hello to all.  Trying to figure out the following information ofMPXM2202A:

1. Terminal finish
2. ESD level
3. MSL level

Hi Cesar,

1. Terminal Finish:

Plating on the leads is NiPdAu.

2. ESD Level:

NXP Pressure sensors are Class 1 ESD, so it has a range up to 2000 Volts (ESD).

Electrostatic Discharge will applied according Human Body Model (HBM); Test @ 500/1000/1500/2000 Volts.

3. MSL Level:

MSL = n/a because it is an open cavity device.
