So a pretty vague question: Is there a specific way to temperature compensate for the MMA8452 accelerometer? Is there an application note for it?

Do you offer any chips with a temperature sensor embedded?

thanks

Hi Michael,

There is no specific way nor application note regarding the temperature compensation.

Usually no temperature calibration is needed, the zero-g level (offset) changes typically within ±0.15 mg/°C. If this represent a problem for your application, you can perform a simple two point calibration at two temperatures to compensate the TCOff.

Best regards,

Tomas
