When you said "Eagle models" I guess you're referring to a library (footprint and symbol) right?
Unfortunately we do not have them but, with the following documents, it wont take you more than 10 min to create a library:

I just did a quick search in the Freescale Library Components List, unfortunately the package you're looking for is not there. Perhaps is a very good chance for you to contribute to increase the library. :smileywink:
