Indeed, a silicone dielectric gel covers the silicon piezoresistive sensing element of the MPX2300DT1. The gel is a nontoxic, nonallergenic elastomer system which meets all USP XX Biological Testing Class V requirements.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to get a sample of this gel.
In this case, you may refer to the Material Composition Declaration (MCD) in order to get more information about this gel.
