Hello, I have a question about the error in the datasheet.

Data Sheet Freescale: MPXV7002 Rev 2, 1/2009, Page 2

Pressure Offset(3) (10 to 60°C) @ VS = 5.0 Volts  Voff 2.25 2.5 2.75 Vdc

and

Data Sheet NXP: Document Number: MPXV7002, Rev 4, 03/2017, Page 3

Pressure Offset(3) (10 to 60°C) @ VS = 5.0 Volts  Voff 0.25 0.5 0.75 Vdc

Please let me know if you have a mistake in your datasheet (MPXV7002, Rev 4, 03/2017) at Pressure Offset Max=0,75Vdc.

The original from Freescale was worth Max=2,75Vdc.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Milos,

As the offset is defined as the output voltage at the minimum rated pressure which is -2 kPa, the correct values (min. 0.25V, typ. 0.5V, max. 0.75V) are shown in the latest NXP Data Sheet Rev 4.

However, with no pressure difference between P1 and P2, the output voltage will be around 2.5V (min. 2.25V, max. 2.75V).

Best regards,

Tomas
