MPXV5100DP异常损坏直通（MPXV5100DP abnormally damaged passthrough）

我用MPXV5100DP这一款型号的压力传感器检测负压，负压最大不超过一个大气压。但是部分仪器工作一段时间后发现传感器P1和P2两个口直通了，无法再检测到压力值。P1正压口我接的是大气压，P2负压口我接的是真空泵。

Hi,

The MPXV5100DP is a standard differential pressure sensor. Perhaps for your application would be better a negative gauge pressure sensor such as the MPXV6115V6U which measures how much the pressure is below local atmospheric pressure. This device is designed to measure „vacuum“ from 0kPa (atmospheric pressure applied to the sensor pressure port) down to -115kPa.
