MPXV5010DP Signal jump

I use the MPXV5010DP sensor to measure the air pressure of a cuboid sealed tank, half of the inside of the sealed tank is liquid, the liquid level height of the liquid will change slightly, but the change is small; after that, the measured air pressure simulation data was collected by AD and then drawn by the drawing software, but it was found that the measured data would have jumps. As shown in the picture below, the vertical axis unit is MV, the horizontal axis between the two points is 0.1ms, and the ideal correct air pressure in the tank is 1150mV. I would like to ask if you have encountered this problem before or know the reason, thank you

Dear Jia,

the MPX5010DP has an analog output. Please connect an oscilloscope probe on the Vout pin1 against GROUND pin2 and see if jumps will also be in the analog output, than you can find out if the jumps are caused by the sensor and tank side or by the AD electronics side (parasitic inductance, capacitance, EMC issue, etc.).
