MM9Z1-638 Interrupt sample code one for high prority every 10ms and another for Low prority 1000ms

Do you have sample code for interrupt? 

We want to send voltage and current every 10ms and run the process for insulation resistance calculation evey 1000ms , but the insulation resistance caculation will take 50~100ms.

We need to use inturrupt of timer3 to make sure the voltage and current date was send by every 10ms.
