Is KTY84/150 constructed of ceramic or polymeric semiconductor material?

We would like to do UL1434 compliance test for temperature sensor KTY84/150.

The tentative standard to assess this product is UL 1434 and we need to confirm product’s material if within UL 1434’s scope that “These requirements apply to discrete thermistor-type devices constructed of ceramic or polymeric semiconductor material” .

The chemical content can be found at https://www.nxp.com/webapp/chemical-content/KTY84_130.html#eu

It is for KTY84/130, but there is no difference in materials for KTY84/150.

However, I have no idea, this standard is unknown for me.

But my assumption is that we did not certify it.
