I want to measure vacuum in a Tensiometer. Tensiometers are used in soil moisture measurement. The mechanical design uses a vacuum gage with a range of 0 to 100 centibar. Please suggest an appropriate device.

I would recommend the MPXV6115V series designed to measure a negative gauge pressure. The datasheet is available here and you can buy it or order free samples from this website.
