Hello I want to develop the FXTH87E series chip, but I don't know which debugger I can use.

Can I use the P&E multilink? Or any other debugger?

And which version CW should I use for develop this chip?

Hello Frank,

 

Yes, for programming and debugging we recommend using the P&E Micro Universal Multilink.

As an IDE, you will need the CodeWarrior for MCUs v10.6.3 or above like the latest v11.1 (MCU of the FXTH is HCS08). Supporting document here is the UM11325 which explains how to install CodeWarrior for MCUs, import and program the demo project that can be downloaded from here:
