1. Two-axis sensor data acquisition:

In the acquisition of two-axis data, I used the default 12bit data bytes,8bit check, using SPI communication, according to the illustration, 32-bit data packets should remove the following 17-bit data (9bit noise,8bit CRC), but the actual simulation found that I removed the following 12bit, the data is normal. The figure also does not correspond to the following Sensor response format. How should I understand this?

2.TrimSensitivity

Is TrimSensitivity fixed? For example, is the TrimSensitivity of FXLS90322 33.0161(12 bit,LSB/g)? If it is fixed, through the equation under the heading 11.2.24.1, The calculated sensitivity does not correspond to the actual one

Hi Wenfeng,

1. This question is not clear to me, I would need below clarification:

Are you using register read and sensor data request command for data acquisition?

If you are using sensor data request, the 12-bit provided (highlighted in yellow on the second picture below) is aligned with the red circle in 3rd picture. “Optional SD resolution” bit will all be 0’s in  12-bit resolution configuration.

2. TrimSensitivity is fixed by variant and is 33.0161 LSB/g at 12-bit for medium-g device for other resolution (i.e 10-bit or 16-bit etc.) the TrimSensitivity needs to be scaled at defined in Table 218.

I hope it helps.

BR, Tomas
