From the datasheet, I can't confirm that this sensor can be used for water-pressure detection .
Do anyone can help me? or it only use for air-pressure detection.

The MPX5100 can be used to measure tank levels by using the column of air method. The sensor will read the change in pressure in the column of air as the tank fills or empties. The sensor is not manufactured to be submerged in water.
