I find some pressure sensor datasheet has no pin-out and pin-out instructions, they are MPXA6115AC6U case 482A-1,MPX5100GP case 867B-4,MPX5010DP case 867C.Please tell me how the pin out and pin instrstuction are they! thanks

Hi Jianjun,
The pin description is as follows:
1. MPXA6115AC6U (CASE 482A-01, Small Outline Package):
1 – N/C
2 – Vs
3 – GND
4 – Vout
5 – N/C
6 – N/C
7 – N/C
8 – N/C
2. MPX5100GP (CASE 867B-04, Unibody Package) and MPX5010DP (CASE 867C-05, Unibody Package):
1 – Vout
2 – GND
3 – Vs
4 – N/C
5 – N/C
6 – N/C
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Regards,
Tomas

hi, Tomas.
MPX5010DP is double channel sensor,so the pin out you told me,may be some mistake.
Hi Jianjun,
You are right that the MPX5010DP is a differential pressure sensor with two input ports, but it is also housed in a Unibody package with the same pinout as the MPX5100GP.
I hope it clarifies your question.
Regards,
Tomas
OK,Thank you Tomas!
another question,(see the pic below) the pins V1,V2 is uesed to factory test,we should not conected?
the pins(see the pic below) +VOUT,-VOUT is differential output?
Hi Jianjun,
Yes. V1, V2 and VEX pins are used for factory trimming and then they are laser cut. We recommend to leave those pins floating/unconnected.
As for your second question, please refer to the Different pin styles in pressure sensors documentation.
Regards,
Tomas
Hi,Tomas,
Can you tell me the PACKAGE DIMENSIONS of 5010DP and 5100DP ?
the case 867C DIMENSION and package sketch in 5100DP datasheet seems depict two packages,
Tomas,thanks for your wonderful reply!
