Can you use liquid solder mask to protect the MPXM2202A pressure sensor?

I have boards with the MPXM2202A pressure sensor that need to be conformally coated.  If I use liquid solder mask to protect the pressure port of the MPXM2202A, will the liquid solder mask be at risk of damaging the sensor?

Since the solder mark is a liquid you can't control if it enters the vent hole and damages the sensing membrane.  Our recommendation is to cover the vent hole with something like Kapton tape. This will protect the membrane and can be applied prior to the conformal coating.
