Unfortunately, there is no evaluation board for these pressure sensors, but these are really easy to use as you can see in Figure 4 of both devices datasheets, you only need a 5V (for the MPXAZ6115AC6T1) or 3V (for the MP3H6115AC6T1) power supply connected to pin 2 (with a 100nF decoupling capacitor), connect pin 3 to GND, and connect a 47pF capacitor and a 51k resistor on the output pin (Pin 4).
The output is given right away without the need of any kind of programming or initialization.
