how to buy the SE051?

looking to buy the SE051 (https://www.nxp.com/products/security-and-authentication/authentication/edgelock-se051-proven-easy-t...) but cannot see it anywhere in mouser or other online shops.

I understand this is a SE050 loaded with a JCOP OS and a dedicated applet...

any hint how to buy these chips?
